I agree to release from liability and promise not to sue MASMN and their employees, affiliates and agents, for any damages, loss, injury, or death arising from the participation of each participant listed on this form throughout the duration of this Minnesota Muslim Convention.

I assume all risks of loss, injury, theft or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof; including but not limited to goods, merchandise, cash, records or any other property. Further, I agree to repair any damage caused to the bazaar fixtures or the convention center through unauthorized modifications or movement of the exhibit.

I hereby give consent for each participant listed on this form to be photographed or video or audio-taped during the activity, and I agree that the images so obtained may be used for educational and public relations purposes by MAS-MN and its affiliates.

Relief organizations & financial services companies need to get a sponsorship package. No individual booths are sold to relief organizations or financial services companies outside of a sponsorship package.

I understand that the Bazaar hours are 10:00 am to 9:30 pm and that the Bazaar will be closed during prayers. I understand that the assigned space includes one 8’ display table; & two chairs. I understand that no table covers will be supplied. I understand that electricity will not be available unless paid for and purchased in this form. I understand that WIFI will need to be purchased separately from the Convention Center.

I agree to restrict activities to those listed on this form and that all products or services sold, displayed/demonstrated in actual, printed or audiovisual manner shall meet appropriate standards that the convention staff implement. I understand that NO FOOD or BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD IN THE BAZAAR or given away for free.

I agree that all displays must be confined to the booth and cannot obstruct the view or access of neighboring displays. Audio, video and multi media equipment will be monitored by the Bazaar committee to maintain and ensure a comfortable sound level is maintained. I agree not to move from an assigned booth to another booth, assume additional booth space or move booth tables, chairs, or accessories from and between other booths. I agree not to place my banner or other marketing materials anywhere in the convention except my booth.

I understand that vendors are not consulted in speaker selection decisions and I will not receive a refund if I cancel my reservation to protest speaker selection decisions.
