I agree to release from liability and promise not to sue DFC & MASMN and their employees, affiliates and agents, for any damages, loss, or injury arising from the participation of each participant listed on this form throughout the duration of this Minnesota Muslim Convention. I assume all risks of loss, injury, theft or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof; including but not limited to goods, merchandise, cash, records or any other property.
I understand that NO FOOD or BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD IN THE BAZAAR or given away for free. I understand that Fireworks or incendiary devices, fuel tanks, heating appliances, Helium Balloons & Helium tanks are strictly prohibited.
The convention organizers reserve the right to retract the sponsorship confirmation and close any exhibit and eject any sponsor's staff immediately from the Bazaar and convention for any reason, including but not limited to participation in illegal, inappropriate activities or any violations of any of the terms or conditions of this agreement.
